Report des RUGC 2020

En raison des incertitudes liées à la situation de la pandémie du Covid-19, les rencontres de Marrakech initialement reportées en Septembre 2020, seront finalement décalées en Mai 2021 à Marrakech.

  1. Les contributions scientifiques proposées pour les RUGC 2020 sont conservées :

Pour les 160 papiers reçus et révisés, 2 possibilités seront offertes aux auteurs dont les papiers ont été acceptés :       

- soit publication dans numéro spécial de l’AJCE 2020 (Special issue RUGC 2020),

- soit publication dans le numéro de l’AJCE RUGC 2021 (Special issue 2021- Marrakech), suite à leur présentation aux prochaines RUGC de Marrakech.

Les auteurs acceptés pour le numéro spécial 2020 devront être à jour de leur cotisation à l’AUGC (https://rugc20.sciencesconf.org/). Veuillez indiquer votre choix en envoyant un email à franck.taillandier@inrae.fr. En l'abscence de réponse, la première solution sera retenue par défaut.

  1. Maintien du concours jeune chercheur - prix René Houpert :

Le prix René Houpert sera organisé sur la base des papiers reçus. Chaque candidat recevra un message lui fournissant les échéances, les règles de participation et de présentation.

Les demi-finales se dérouleront par visio-conférence le 23 septembre matin et la finale se déroulera le 24 septembre après-midi. La remise des prix se fera le 24 septembre dans la soirée. Toute cette organisation se fera à distance, il n’y a aura pas de concours et de remise de prix en présentiel.

Pour concourir, les participants devront être à jour de leur cotisation à l’AUGC.

Les présentations seront publiques et enregistrées, les vidéos seront ensuite déposées sur la chaine Youtube de l’AUGC (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCh4NzE51dSjKN1WzeGlSssw).

  1. Concours vidéo :

Le concours vidéo est maintenu. Le lauréat du prix sera dévoilé le 24 septembre dans la soirée.

  1. Le prix poster est annulé.

RUGC 2020 Postponed

Due to the uncertainties related to the Covid-19 pandemic situation, the Marrakech meetings initially postponed in September 2020, will finally be postponed to May 2021 in Marrakech.

  1. The scientific contributions proposed for the RUGC 2020 are retained:

For the 160 papers received and reviewed, 2 possibilities will be offered to authors whose papers have been accepted:

- either publication in a special issue of the AJCE 2020 (Special issue RUGC 2020),

- either publication in the AJCE RUGC 2021(Special issue 2021- Marrakech), following their presentation at the next RUGC in Marrakech.

 Authors accepted for the 2020 Special Issue must be current with their AUGC membership (https://rugc20.sciencesconf.org/). Please indicate your choice by sending an email to franck.taillandier@inrae.fr. In the absence of a response, the first option will be retained by default.

  1. Continuation of the young researcher competition - René Houpert prize :

The René Houpert prize will be organised on the basis of the papers received. Each candidate will receive a message providing him/her with the deadlines, the rules of participation and presentation.

The semi-finals will be held by videoconference on the morning of September 23rd and the final will take place on the afternoon of September 24th. The awards ceremony will take place on the evening of September 24. All this organization will be done by videoconference, there will be no face-to-face competition and prize giving.

In order to compete, participants must be current with their AUGC membership dues.

Presentations will be public and recorded, and videos will be posted on the AUGC Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCh4NzE51dSjKN1WzeGlSssw).

  1. Video Competition :

The video contest is ongoing. The winner of the award will be announced on the evening of September 24.

  1. The poster prize is cancelled.
